FAQ
| Registration: Registration is now closed, and the conference is over. Registration is open to students and postdocs of the CIAR Quantum Materials Program and of the RQMP. Registration and accommodation are free for students of the RQMP. Registration
and accommodation are free for students and postdocs of CIAR members.
In addition, the CIAR will pay reasonable travel expenses for up to two
students/postdocs per program member. Forms to claim reimbursement
direct from the CIAR can be found below.
CIAR students and postdocs who register here will also be registered for the main CIAR Quantum Materials program meeting to be held at the Delta Hotel (475 Rue du President Kennedy) in Montreal from 11th-14th May. |
| Abstracts: are no longer being accepted. However, you can view abstracts on the abstracts page. Those who gave contributed talks are mentioned in the table above. Others presented posters. In addition to presenting posters at the Monday afternoon poster session of the Summer School, there were also poster sessions on each afternoon of the Main Meeting. |
| Travel: Reimbursement from the CIAR for travel expenses should be made using this form. The form also includes detailed information regarding the travel policy.

| Program: The program for the summer school is still available (pdf). In addition to the events described there, CIAR students/postdocs
were invited to a dinner on Thursday May 11th in the Opus 2 room at the
Delta Hotel, following the afternoon poster session of the main meeting.
